Outrage After The Karbhari Party Bus Is Triple Parked In Student Lot

By Cornelius Burnett. SEP. 02 2017.

Bass rattled car windows as UTA president Vistasp Karbhari pulled into student lot 49 in his now infamous 2008 Ford E450 Party Bus. Karbhari purchased his new ride with the majority of the $61,913 bonus he received last year, and has been the source of much frustration since he began parking in a lot reserved for students.

As Karbhari stumbled out of the bus wearing the same suit he wore the previous day and a multicolored “kandi” raver necklace, several empty cans of Rockstar energy drink rolled out of the driver seat. The wild-eyed UTA admin immediately began his daily quarter-mile sprint to his office in Davis hall, outpacing The Catch staff writers who were seeking a comment on this puzzling behavior.

“He followed me through the parking lot to see if I was leaving, but realized he wouldn’t fit and parked it mostly in the street” said business senior Andres Uwah. “I was circling the parking lot for fifteen minutes before I finally found a spot, but Karbhari sped up and stole it out from under me” said another visibly frustrated commuter student.

Currently the 14 passenger shuttle bus remains parked diagonally in several valuable student parking spaces, while the parking reserved specifically for Karbhari collects dust. It’s no secret that UTA parking is a mess, but will the problem continue to be made worse by Dr. Karbhari and his beloved party bus?
